Gluten Free Gravy Recipe
Ingredients
- ¼ cup Ghee (can be substituted with butter, coconut oil, or bacon drippings)
- ¼ cup Beth Blends Gravy Mix*
- 2 ½ cups Chicken Broth (can be substituted with bone, beef, or vegetable broth)
- ¾ teaspoon Sea Salt (or to your taste)
- ¼ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper (optional)
Directions
Melt ghee in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add Beth Blends Gravy Mix while constantly stirring for a few minutes, taking care not to burn it.
Add broth, salt, and black pepper, if using. Continue to stir until the sauce begins to thicken.
