How to prepare one cup of Chai Me at Home:

Bring 4oz water + 4oz milk + 2 tsp chai blend to a boil

Boil on high for 6 – 8 minutes or until desired strength

Strain and add sweetener as desired

How to prepare one cup of It’s Haldi, Doodh:

Mix 1 tsp turmeric blend + 1 cup of milk (or alt milk)

Simmer on stovetop for 2-3 minutes or heat in microwave

Sweeten as desired
