Mexican Oregano is less sweet than Mediterranean Oregano, with a bright, citrusy, almost grassy flavor that holds a mild earthiness. It’s robust without being overpowering. Does your recipe call for fresh? 1 Tbsp fresh herb converts to 1 tsp dried. Pods are made of aluminum, the most recycled and recyclable material in the world.
